\u201eApollo 13\u201c (oder \u201eMission Impossible\u201c) – ein Experiment zur Kreativit\u00e4t<\/strong> (\u201eHouston, we’ve had a problem\u201c, Jack Swigert-Apollo 13)<\/p>\n

1. Zum Hintergrund:
\nNamensgeber dieses internationalen Experiments zur kreativen Ideenfindung\u00a0 ist die \u201eApollo 13\u201c-Mission von 1970.
\nZur Erinnerung:
\nNach einer Explosion im Raumfahrzeug musste in einer lebensbedrohlichen Situation nur mit Hilfe von an Bord der Kapsel befindlichen Materialien und der Kreativit\u00e4t der NASA-Mitarbeiter ein rettender Adapter f\u00fcr einen defekten Luftfilter gebaut werden.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Die Aufgabe:
\nIn Anlehnung daran ist es die Aufgabe der Teilnehmer an unserem \u201eApollo 13\u201c-Projekt, NUR unter Verwendung\/Zuhilfenahme der nachfolgend genannten \u201eDinge\u201c ergebnisoffen etwas \u201eNeues\u201c (vielleicht Kunst) zu kreieren. Hinsichtlich\u00a0 Darstellungsform, Genre, Virtualit\u00e4t, Materialit\u00e4t etc. gibt es keine Vorgaben. Alles ist m\u00f6glich!<\/p>\n

3. Material und Verfahrensfragen:
\nFOLGENDE \u201eDinge\u201c sind als \u201eAusgangsmaterial an Bord\u201c:<\/p>\n

Licht –\u00a0 Sehnsucht –\u00a0 Holz –\u00a0 Leben –\u00a0 Schwarze L\u00f6cher –\u00a0 Unendlichkeit –\u00a0 Wasser –\u00a0 Gras –\u00a0 Steine –\u00a0 Briefe –\u00a0 Schrott –\u00a0 Hotel California –\u00a0 Wolken –\u00a0 Zeitungen –\u00a0 Gott –\u00a0 Null –\u00a0 Wind –\u00a0 facebook –\u00a0 Bl\u00e4tter –\u00a0 Flaschen.<\/p>\n

(Nur diese Liste der \u201eDinge\u201c, nicht die \u201eDinge\u201c selbst, wird den Teilnehmern zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.)<\/p>\n

Wichtig: Wie bei der historischen \u201eApollo 13\u201c-Mission m\u00fcssen die Teilnehmer sich zwingend aus dem Pool bedienen. Es k\u00f6nnen, aber m\u00fcssen nicht alle \u201eDinge\u201c (\u201eitems\u201c) komplett verwendet werden. Es d\u00fcrfen KEINE ZUS\u00c4TZLICHEN \u201eDinge\u201c verwendet werden.<\/p>\n

4. Einsendeschluss und Form der Einreichung:
\nDer Ideenvorschlag\/das \u201eWerk\u201c muss bis zum 31.1.2011 in digitalisierter Form \u00fcber die Plattform http:\/\/www.ideenstorming.de<\/a> eingereicht\/hochgeladen) werden. Um das Antwortformular von\u00a0 http:\/\/www.ideenstorming.de<\/a> zu erreichen m\u00fcssen Sie ihre selben Anmeldedaten nutzen, die auch f\u00fcr Ihren Account bei\u00a0 http:\/\/www.kuenstlerdorf-online.de<\/a> g\u00fcltig sind. 5. Jurierung\/Projektstipendien:
\nEine Jury wird aus den eingegangen Ideen\/Werken\/Vorschl\u00e4gen\u00a0 maximal zehn Favoriten f\u00fcr besonders kreative Ideenl\u00f6sungen benennen und diese f\u00fcr maximal 10 einmonatige Projektstipendien im K\u00fcnstlerdorf Sch\u00f6ppingen vorschlagen. Jedes dieser Stipendien ist mit 1000 Euro im Monat dotiert und es ist inhaltlich durch die kreative Auseinandersetzung mit einer ortspezifischen k\u00fcnstlerischen Fragestellung definiert.<\/p>\n

6. Pr\u00e4sentation:
\nEine Auswahl der besten Arbeiten wird im Netz in einer digitalen Ausstellung pr\u00e4sentiert<\/p>\n

Invitation to participate in the contest<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

„Apollo 13“ (or „Mission Impossible“) – an experiment concerning the force of creativity<\/strong> („Houston, we’ve had a problem“, Jack Swigert, Apollo 13)<\/p>\n

1. The background:
\nThis international project and experimental set-up for creative ideas is named after the „Apollo 13“ mission in 1970.
\nReminder:
\nAfter an explosion in the spacecraft a life-threatening situation occured which could recovered only by building a replacing device for a defective air filter adapter using merely materials available aboard the capsule. During the process of idea-generating the creativity of the NASA employees had to be working at maximum rate for there was only a short horizon of time and a limited stock of items to use at hands.<\/p>\n

2. The task:
\nRemembering this historical highlight of idea-generating the task of the participants in our „Apollo 13“ project will be to create something \u201cnew\u201d, maybe a piece of art, using ONLY the „things“ mentionned below. With regard to the representation of form, genre, virtuality, materiality, etc. there are no specific guidelines. Everything is possible!<\/p>\n

3. Material and procedural matters:
\nTHESE „things“ listed below are the only materials \u201con board“:<\/p>\n

light –\u00a0 longing –\u00a0 wood –\u00a0 life –\u00a0 black holes –\u00a0 infinity –\u00a0 water –\u00a0 grass –\u00a0 stones –\u00a0 letters –\u00a0 scrap of no value –\u00a0 Hotel California –\u00a0 clouds –\u00a0 newspapers –\u00a0 God –\u00a0 the number zero –\u00a0\u00a0 wind –\u00a0 facebook –\u00a0 leaves –\u00a0 bottles.<\/p>\n

(The participants will be provided only with this list of „things“, not with the „real things“ themselves.)<\/p>\n

Important: As with the historic Apollo 13 mission, the use of this pool is mandatory. There are no other \u201cthings\u201d on board. Using the complete and entire list is possible but not required. But NO EXTRA „things“ are allowed to come into play.<\/p>\n

4. Deadline and upload:
\nThe idea \/ the proposal \/ the „work draft“ must be submitted in digital form via upload using the\u00a0 http:\/\/www.ideenstorming.de<\/a> website. To reach the answering form of the http:\/\/www.ideenstorming.de<\/a> website you have to use your same credentials (username and password) you enter on the http:\/\/www.kuenstlerdorf-online.de<\/a> website.<\/p>\n

5. Jury decicisions \/ project grants:
\nA jury will name out of the incoming ideas \/ works \/ proposals a maximum of ten favorites awarding the creative ideas and solutions they propose for a maximum of 10 project grants lasting one month any in the artist in residence accomodation Foundation Kuenstlerdorf Schoeppingen. Each of these grants is endowed with 1,000 euros a month and it\u2019s\u00a0 contents are defined by the artistic and creative dealing with a paritcular site and location adapted artistic matter.<\/p>\n

6. Presentation:
\nA selection of the best works will be presented on the internet in a digital show.<\/p>\n

7. Joint partners in this „Apollo 13“ venture about new ways to generate ideas are:
